Device under test inside the vacuum pump chamber.
Goal: realization of thin film transistor based on polimers and oligomers with the aim of maximizing the carriers mobility.
 

Activities:

  • REALIZATION and electrical characterization of organic transistor both p and n channel;
  • STUDY of the interaction and spatial organization of the semiconductor molecules at the oxide interface;
  • REALIZATION of multy-layers structures by means of layer-by-layer deposition of organic semiconductors and insulating oxides;
  • MODELING of OFET, parameters extraction.
